The Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste is celebrating its 20th Anniversary of the Popular Consultation for Independence.

Feast on traditional Timorese food and coffee while watching traditional singing and dancing and chat to staff about visiting Timor-Leste.

The embassy is unique in that it was built entirely from donations and it features a traditional Timorese tais pattern on its roof which can be viewed from ground level.

Conditions

Bookings required, limit 30 people per session. Accessible access available to the building but not the gardens. Accessible toilet and parking available.
